Hele ACFT Training Program

Hele's 8-Week ACFT Training Program is meant to prepare you for the new Army Combat Fitness Test. The Hele Team has distilled this program down to stimulate the essential muscle groups for each of the 6 modalities in the test. The program will also ramp up conditioning and ability to actively recover under fatigue.
